...and is one of the best ones I've seen so far, definitively.

I think all those bright (especially based on "smurf blue" or brighter) layouts stick out in a rather bad way against the dark themes of the board.

I really like dark layouts myself.

Perhaps if the board itself was brighter, I wouldn't mind them so much, but you're right. They do seem out of place.

Why do guests not see layouts, yet I, a registered member, am forced to look at all of these, with no option to turn them off?
Probably to save bandwidth on bots who constantly surf around on the place.

And for not being able to turn it off, it's just something we overlooked. I probably look into adding it soon even...

...and would be better if the image at least tiled (or was wide enough to not repeat on 1280x1024 screens, which probably is the most common resolution these days).

Your signature is suffering from horrible overload. Remove the marquee as well as the images' border (<img border=0...>) and consider generally reducing the amount of stuff in it. Otherwise, it's good.
