I'm just wondering if you could split the computing board into a programming part, that's the only major thing I miss from the old Acmlmboard. ||board has it split, nobody posts there since there is no intelligent life on ||board.

Sounds like a good idea to me, as this also would allow to put Computing (together with the new section) into a distinct category (rather than "Uncategorized") at last. The "computing" forum would be in need of being renamed, then, though, since it otherwise would be somewhat misleading...

A section for computing in general, "post your *****", threads about software, hardware, etc...
The other for programming, languages, algorithms, source code, etc...

I remember that H/S-ware and programming forums were merged, or rather weren't separated, because of low activity. However, if separating them will encourage more activity, I'm all for it. I'd like to see more programming discussion.
