another pic for the weekly challenges at pixeljoint. rules were 16 colors, 240x180 either way, and had to be an underwater scene or cityscape. I sort of bended the rules abit.

Hmm... afterimages from below the people, rather than from above like some of the ones in the very back would give the illusion of sucking up, rather than falling down. Though perhaps not afterimages as much as light colored streaks that make it look like they are cutting air in an upward direction.

Any of that make sense to you? It barely made sense to me, and I came up with it...!
