I make pointless threads

Actually, I just wind up finding some game to play. I've been playing Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. I'm also known to dive into a game of Phantasy Star IV or Civilization IV every once in a while.

I also program, mostly in C++ or Visual Basic. But that tends to bore me more than kill the boredom.

So, what to YOU do?

I make silly graphs and edit some sprites occasionally.

Past that, I usually don' tkill boredom. :\

I find something to do... not necessairly productive in any way, but I find something.

Usually its coming here to post though

On occasions, Ill throw together a new layout or something. Maybe an avatar in paint.

Gaming cures my boredom as well

I run my IRC RPG constantly. 300+ chapters and counting. In your face, other dead RPGs I know on Sorcerynet!

I'll just sit down and stare off into space. Sometimes I can space out to where I can't see anything. It's like a forced coma or something. I just shut off.

Sometimes I play games. Generally I just sit there and bitch about being bored.

Things I like to do when I'm bored include play Sudoku, browse Wikipedia, and play Civilization or Age of Empires.

Gutenberg texts are good fun, although the formatting can be annoying. A Treatise on Morality is a good read.

I used to compute my batting average when I was playing at third base to keep myself less tense... if that's even remotely similar...

I usualy whip out a can of boredicide, that'll usualy kill it right then and there--*shot*

No but seriously. I kill boredom through music. Listening to it or playing it. Lately I've also been turning to my DS for entertainment.

Yes, I would kill for enough time for boredom.

... Wait a sec, that wasn't the question. How do you people have extra time on your hands?

I don't think so. Unless your batting average is a root.

I read or browse wikipedia when I am extremenly bored.

But sometimes that isn't enough and I just don't have the energy to be clicking and reading.

There is IRC/IM but there are times when nobody is talking.
