I would have to say that it would be good to have at least 1 full mod to get rid of the stupid threads that might wind up in non-modded forums, along with other things. (Acmlm and Xkeeper can't do all of it) Just an idea though.

I think Xkeeper is up to it.

I also trust the staff more if there are fewer of them. I always wondered what they all talked about in the private forums. If there's only a few, I won't wonder as much.

Or maybe I'm just paranoid.

We talked crap. Well, I didn't do a lot of talking crap, but to be sure there was a lot of talking crap. And not productive crap, just crap.

I don't know why we're even discussing this yet. I think we should just wait and see what the hell happens and is needed and then act accordingly.

If that means we wind up with large staff, meh. Small staff... meh. I really don't give a rats'...

The only problem I can really see where large staff may have real problems is in communications. And even small groups of people can have communications breakdowns.

Which is why in other threads I've proposed more things in the board to cut down on communications fuckups.

Mmm, I would say communication is probably key in those kinds of situations (lord knows I've been on the recieving end of some poor communication myself). The better a staff is at communicating its actions amongst eachother, the smoother things will run. Though, nothing is perfect I suppose ;x

And generally, with less people, it's easier to communicate

Just my three cents.

There's a happy medium that needs to be found. Not as big as the previous board (we all knew it was too big), but not just two or three... there's no possible way that the important decisions made by that group could be fair, there aren't enough opinions floating around. And honestly, I think on the trust issue we'll be just fine. There's really nobody on the previous staff that I don't trust at least a little bit.

Communication would easily be possible, the problem with our previous staff was that we didn't demand communication. We let too many things slide. =\
