I just had a Mexican gumbo bowl from Qdoba. Beans, rice, cheese, salsa, and some indescribably awesome spices.

Tonight I had baked stuffed shrimp for dinner... pretty good, no meat today due to it being a Friday in Lent, so I only had peanut butter on toast for lunch...

Two tortillas, lots of cheese, some chicken, and ranch dressing, all nuked for about 1:30.

It was really damn good. ^^;;

I cooked up some ground beef with my special mexican seasoning blend and made some seriously bitchin nachos with fresh veggies and everything. I washed them down with a new beer I hadn't tried yet. Excellent DVD watching food.

I just ate a can of broccoli and cheese soup, a can of stagg chile, a crunch bar, and a Pepsi. Ouch.

Basically the same thing I had for supper yesterday. XD

I hate the fact we don't have any good fast food places within walking distance of work to mix things up.

French tast and sausage links for breakfast and minestrone (sp?) soup and roast beef of wheat sandwich for lunch. Breakfast was hurried because I had to go somewhere but lunch was pretty good.
