The only concern I have right now is that, unlike you guys who just spent barely a week or two there, I've seen it go down for several days and weeks in the past.
Heh, ironically Djbouche IRC entwork just went down ten hours ago.

I would suggest irc.djbouche.net (it's exactly like EmoNET except 1- it doesn't go down every 5 seconds and 2- the services have weird shift-jis names) but Xkeeper regged #acmlm and added * to the #acmlm akick list.

You only want to move their because Xk moved there. My friend has a server that's fairly reliable if you want to move there. However, I still suggest a larger server because they're generally more stable and have owners that actually check up on the server from time to time.

If you mean GamingG, then no.

No I want to move there because it's like EmoNET but apparently that means going offline too.
The other channels being there (#x is just one example) is more of a bonus than anything (easier to keep track of just one IRC server than 2+).

There are tons of other servers out there that are the same as EmuNet and have much better uptime. I could name a few if you want me to.

Then do so, because no one else has.

Centralchat. It's a server I go to that's got great uptime and has all the features of EmuNet + more. The IRC ops are really nice there as well.

Shadow-Realm. Really small IRC network that's basically the same as EmuNet.

I was gonna mention GamingG's server as well, but ArBeWhat is not pleased with that.

GG's server is just lolsucks. Unless he fixed all the myriad problems that were plaguing it before?

CC sounds like a good idea, what's the link to connect to it?

Honestly I have no clue what's wrong with GamingG's server other than OperServ at the moment. It's been working fine ever since he disabled BotServ.

Centralchat is irc.centralchat.net.

CC doesn't seem to have a HostServ (vhosts). Oh well.

It used to. They changed the services though so it's done through NickServ now, and you have to actually contact an IRC op to get it set.

Ah, I see.
And you make it sound like you don't have to now, when you do. You request a vhost and an IRCop (bh...the only IRCop (Emuz doesn't count because he doesn't exist)) has to approve it.

Turns out it was an announced power outage...

Bouche says he's throwing in another server soon.

(And this is the difference between EmuNet and DJBouche's server: one of them is actually maintained)

Well, since noones got #acmlm up, I'm shamelessly plugging #spaghetti.

So, if you happen to be on irc.djbouche.net, just hit /join #spaghetti
