A temporary node (no services apart from Awesomebot2 D: ) is now up on nucleus.kafuka.org port 6660~6666,6668,6669 (irc.kafuka.org if your DNS updates fast enough).
That's all I could click together from school using my broken laptop...

Edit: It's back up. I'll try to get some linkage organized as soon as possible.

Reasons blackhole will refute a server move: 'net splits, angry ircops'
ACTUAL reason he doesn't want to move: he won't have ircops if we move to a big server run by someone he doesn't know.

I would suggest irc.djbouche.net (it's exactly like EmoNET except 1- it doesn't go down every 5 seconds and 2- the services have weird shift-jis names) but Xkeeper regged #acmlm and added * to the #acmlm akick list.
And I don't know if DJBouche is an acmlm or xk "ally" (or neutral).

Neutral, by all means of it, and I'm an IRC operator on that network so I can likely take care of that problem.
The only concern I have right now is that, unlike you guys who just spent barely a week or two there, I've seen it go down for several days and weeks in the past.

Last view: 4252 days 		I've never had any issues connecting with DeltaAnime... the services themselves are sometimes being upgraded and are gone for a few minutes, but it's a very minor issue. Might also consider EFnet...

Other than that, I can't really recommend any others. I like Freenode's and OFTC's stability, but they generally hate channels that don't pertain to the whole reason they exist.

You only want to move their because Xk moved there. My friend has a server that's fairly reliable if you want to move there. However, I still suggest a larger server because they're generally more stable and have owners that actually check up on the server from time to time.
