My keyboard has a irst name - it's H-O-M-E-R.

It's a standard Apple keyboard, and it's more compact than the one I had prior (which replaced my first Apple keyboard, which was Bluetooth and didn't work so well in this corner of the hose). I'm not doing too badly, but sometimes I get impatient or lazy and don't strike a key hard enough.

I named my Wii Homer.

I usually switch off my computer overnight, and turn it on first thing in the morning. If I do leave it on overnight, it's because of a big download...

My parents always turned off the computer when they were done with it and made me do the same, even though the computer was in use for more than half the time, usually. (And it wasn't always me. They were videogame addicts as well. Hell, they still are.) So I got in the habit of turning off the computer when I leave the room or are done with it. Sometimes now I leave it on though, especially when I'm reading something on the Internet.

Meh, I turn off the computer every night. I don't like turing it off everytime I'm not using it because I don't want to wait for the thing to load when I eventually turn the comptueer back on.

Sometimes I think I forget that this is the no-backspace threas and hit backspace as a reflex action.

Does anyone know if leaving it on all the time actually saves electricity? I've heard that a computer uses more power when it is first turned on than t any other time...

I usually shut down my machine when going to sleep, but that'sj just because my XP tends to clog up the system with processes/slow down when running for a longer while... clean start s really work miracles. From time to time, anyway. Wait, that remark didn't make any sense... but it's too late to remove now.
Sometimes, I just tend to writing out generic sentences in my posts to see what they would lok...look* like in that position and proceed to re-remove most of them.
But yeah, it generally takes me some s...effort* to keep myself from backspacing all the time. My usuak...usual... 110 wpm measured typing involves sometimes punching keys I am aware of being wrong to sustain remaining wrist/finger momentum, immediately backspacing them after that. I suppose I'd make a horrible typewriter user, but last time I reaklly used a typewriter was when I was age 5 or soemthing... figures.

I've always wondered why people shut down their computers when they're not using them. I mean, all it does is make them have to wait for it to load up. I just leave mine on all the time. Of course, as long as I'm not u *going away for a long time. The only time I did leave it off was when I had to go to Disneyland with my family.

Haha, only that one part. Otherwise I wouldn't gotten anything wrong. I was about to type "using"... damn.

I don't let people use my computer either, unless I'm right there or I give permission. It's just rude when people jump up on the desk.

Er, the chair. Whatever. I can't backspace.
