My keyboard has a irst name - it's H-O-M-E-R.

It's a standard Apple keyboard, and it's more compact than the one I had prior (which replaced my first Apple keyboard, which was Bluetooth and didn't work so well in this corner of the hose). I'm not doing too badly, but sometimes I get impatient or lazy and don't strike a key hard enough.

I wonder if it's against the rules to go back and strike out typos. At least it's clear that the typos were ever there that way, but it still gives a sense of "hey, i care about my typing" ... or something.

Also, adding missing letters with red fonts. And other things like that.

I'm mainly just seeing how well I can do now that I'm not all that tired... and paying attention.

That is technically OK in the rules, as adding < s > tags doesn't involve using backspace or delete, just mouse clicks or arrow keys and hope like hell you're not in overtype modde by mistake.

I was 15 befre I learned how to ype properly, before that I was very fast at typing with only two fingers. Now I usually use all fingers but for certain things (like "Star Wars" or whatever that only uses one hand) I move my hands from their peoper positions. I still need to look at the keys thoguh.

Maybe if you type when thinking about every single word you say, you'll creatwAGGGGGGHHHHHH crewAGGGGGGHHHHHH goddamn fingers want to jump ahead to every single key at once GRRRRR and stuff. Bah.

Welcome to college>

Okay, that started off badly.

Welcoe...

Sigh.

Wle

.........

Okay, seriously. I hate these keyboard,s and it seems like damn near everyone else does too. They're not so bad besides the fact that tke keys are pretty high off the desk... so you really have to kind of put your wrists at an odd angle

A pity, since, you know. I like being able to type without many mistakes.

But still, I guess it just happens,,,....

I guess I'm lucky I'm not typing anything terribly serious

Like the hard-to-do-but-damn-odd-six-to-sex maneuver?

So, what you're saying is, you have to lift your arms to type on the keyboard? That's a minor staAGGGGGGHHHHHH strain.

No, I just have to angle my wrists, kind of like "arm_/ /kbd]", where the / is my wrist. Kind of.

It sucks.

I should try to get my mom to do this sometime. Think she'd do pretty poorly compared to some of us.

Yes.
Why is it that parents usually use less effort in things than theire kids? It makes no real sense tp me.

Possibly because tehy think that their experience will get them through things, so they just dont put in any effort?

Life experience that is... not personal experiances or other silly whatnot...

I shoul get my mom to to do this once. She types like, 100wpm and its crazy fast ;D

Okay, time to try out this thread, I guess. Doesn't sem too hard, though, since I can type fairly quick without making any typos. Of course, I didnt (dammit, typo=) bother reading the thread through, som (argh) if there are supposed to be any ex, I man actual, rules to this thing... yeah. It's called a "game", after all.

Yeah, I'm only writing random crap here now. Meh.
