Happy vacation to you, I've never even left the country on vacation  . I don't really mind, but it's odd seeing so many other people going places.____________________ There are things I want to put here. Heh, I had been in a quite few countries, though I don't travel much and I only been within Europa.
I travelled up to Norway a few times, longest time being a period of a week (the vacation was two weeks in total, I was fooled that it would only be one week but then my parents started sightseeing in Norway...), been in Finland as a toddler and apparently took my first steps there.  I been in Denmark allot, mostly at Helsingör, since that's pretty much at the other side of the sea where I live.
Most interesting vacation was when I visited Poland. We went through Berlin in Germany, and we saw hookers. The group leader couldn't resist to have a tour around Berlin, watching for hookers. xD I remember going into Poland, and I almost thought it was some kind of war, with the strict security at it's border. They took really long time when we went into Poland, but when we went out a few days later they weren't as strict... hmm. In Poland I saw smog for the first time, apparently coming from some steel mill. Yes smog. It's almost unheard of in Sweden due to our policies, but we do have acid rain... due to Poland and Germany though. I don't remember much else from the travel, apart from the fact that we stayed in Krakow a few days and that I heard the trumpet call at St. Mary's Basilica. Well that's why you visit first to see what it's like before you do anything drastic like move there.  If Japan absolutely won't work, then I'll go check out Sweden or something.  |

I grew up in Austria, have visited Portugal, Spain, France, England, Italy (four times), Czech Rep, Germany, Hungary (very often), Tunisia, Greece, Turkey (thrice), China (thrice), Singapore, I have been to Mallorca, Crete and Sicily and we may be flying to Marocco sometime this summer.
