That's the logo used in OpenPoké, both in game and on the webpage. Now, I've been thinking about this for a while...

2.1 You MAY change the logo to look better, or to fit a theme.
2.2 You SHOULD expect the Core Team to contact you if we like what you did to the logo.
...but somehow, I think it'd be good to see if a nicer logo can be acquired before the first release.

Ofcourse, full credit will be given, as was the general idea when I wrote those lines in the license file in the first place.

So who's up for the challenge? Not much bigger than this one (or even the original PkMn logo) is, and preferably in sixteen colors (including transparant).

Bonus points for high-resolution or vector versions, but the main target here is the in-game version.

I personally think Raccoon Sam's is the best yet.

A logo needs to incorporate something that strikes you immediately as belonging to the product. For example, in this case the pokeball.

Pokeball being used as an O, with a decent, appropriate font afterwards for the rest of the word = win.

I like this one. It fits on the screen, resembles the original... just needs some 3D effect like the original Pokémon logo has with the blue being higher than the yellow fill.
