3. Quoting this post doesn't bring up the full post text in the quote box. I don't know if it's not reading the correct rev. number or what, since that post was edited 3 times...

Fixed. Looks like some code change got lost in up-/downloading there...

Not really a feature but:

Replace the banner, with how it used to be.

Acmlm shouldn't be on the right, it doesn't look...... right.

I assume that "reversing the banner for a while" means that it will be switched back eventually.

But I do agree that it looks... odd.

The whole point was for it to be a sort of "mini-joke" for a while (today), hell, try hovering over it

(Though nice of you to point it out for everyone...)

I thought it was pretty cool, albeit a little disorienting.

Good thing M is a symmetrical letter, huh? I knew I saw something odd about the banner this morning...

Also I saw at least one quote that had the person's name in quotation marks like: Posted by "Kernal"

That's because (for compatibility and memory muscle reasons) [quote=NAME] is, well, that, but the newer quote syntax has it in quotes.

I could make a working version of both (so that [quote="xx"] would work too) but it seems pointless...

I seen earlier you made it where you could change font..or I thought you did.Are you ever gonna bring the posting toolbar back? I'm just curious.

It can make its return later, when everything else is working

Report any issues with it to me instantly.
4. Editing doesn't show who edited a post, so if an admin were to edit this post no one could tell that I hadn't.

I actually never liked the edit tag at the bottom of posts.
It serves a purpose I guess, but it kind of always bugged me for some reason.. I guess because I tend to go over a post and edit it whenever I see a problem with it (slight rewording, misspelling, typo, etc..) and often times I'll do so again because I missed something.. which adds multiple edited tags to the post which just seem distracting to me somehow.. (This was especially noticeable on the old boards when stickies were edited multiple times by admins or moderators.. you'd get a dozen or so "Edited by.." notices that really weren't important and just added extra scrolling to the thread.)

Yeah, I didn't like the "Edited by: (user xyz) on 12-34-56 78:90" that much at the bottom of posts, they would clutter at the bottom

I like the return of themes, but something has been bugging me. If you read all the threads in one forum and return to the index, the forum will still have the NEW sign next to it unless you use the "Mark forum read" thing.

Is there a way to make the forum's "New" icons work so that they go away when you view the forum page and nobody has posted in there since?

Implemented that now.

So yea. How about them "New" buttons? They really look silly...
We should totally use a new set, unlike the last ones however.

Perhaps one that glows for a quick second and then for a good 3 seconds doesn't so it doesn't flash too much.

I probably should have read through the thread, I'm sure this has been brought up once or twice, but I just thought I would show that there is interest in the change of it. It's just so small and unattractive. My friend was poking around here and was discouraged by the New buttons looking so small and poor.

EDIT: Oh, and how about the stupidest but possibly best thing to happen to Acmlm's? A spell checker button in newpost.php that checks all your spelling with a self-made vocabulary file (So things like Acmlm and Banhammer doesn't come up)! In the words of Mr. Potato Head: "Hey I can dream can't I?"
