Yes, way too much yellow in that palette. Tone it down a few notches, or at least kill the brightness.

Also, your level design is looking a bit bland. Try spicing it up by adding some coins or detail, and maybe a few more sprites. That will make it look better.

It's neat how the new and original graphics don't clash too much. The sprite palettes look quite faithful to those characters' standard artwork also.

Uh, a SMW hack with a plot? I didn't make one for mine until after like 5 years into development...

Well I like the level disign because it is very basic and neat not like some other levels i have seen in the past. however the yellow backgrounds are way too yellow dude it reminds me of a mustard mountain on my mashed potatos...(which I dont think is a good thing) ...all and all still needs a lot of work.

Wait a sec. This new Dinosauar Land sounds exactly like the original Dinosaur Land. Except the original game wasn't really harsh.

And while a good plot may be fun, if you make good levels, half the people won't care about plot once they play.
