I don't care if I get banned for the derogatory words used in this post. Please, if you are homosexual, don't take offense. I'm just fucking pissed off.
I have the money to buy a damn wii. But no. The only wiis I could track down were over 100 miles away, and there were only 4 as of last night. I can rarely get rides, so waiting for the store to get them in is out of question, I can't pay in credit (only check/money order), so even if I wanted to buy one of the highly overpriced ones I can't Yet little bitches who don't even want to play the damn things fucking buy them to sell them for more. well I hope everyone knows If I see a wii anywhere in the near future I'm just gonna jack the console. I don't care if it's illegal. I tried things the legal way. I had an opportunity to steal one from my school a month ago but didn't (they ran a contest at after-prom. Hell, I could've justified it by saying I'd never get a prom date anyway, it's going to be true, I wont) FUCK THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR BULLSHIT. They make it of so hard for people who actually want the damn thing to get it. If you took every Wii off ebay, and put it back in the store THERE WOULD BE LITTLE/NO DEMAND I don't give a shit. I'm right. Period. If Nintendo doesn't start making more I'll buy a 360 (even though I don't want one, and won't play it) just a a fuck you to Nintendo. I don't care about the press releases. Face the facts. They sold over 2 million consoles. They've got the cash to make more and fill this demand. They CHOOSE not to. Well Their losing my business. If the rest of the world weren't dumb asses they'd stop buying too. I don't care. This is in no way fair for me. There is absolutely no feasible way for me to aquire one, no matter what, within the next 8+ months. Probably a year or two. I know I'm waaay off the rocker with this post, and I probably broke a bunch of rules, but right now, I don't give a fucking shit. if anyone has a problem they can go to hell. |

my advice, is to find out when the nearest retailer is getting their next shipment and be there a little while before ti opens, thats how I got mine.. besides they'll probably get a shipment in before 8 months... ____________________ |

I try to get Wiis, but the stores are always sold out, and when I ask when they restock, they say it's completely random.
If I'm unable to buy one by the time Super Smash Bros. Brawl comes out, blood will be shed. >.> <.< |

first off, I can't go store to store until someone has it. Both parents are out from 4 AM to about 11PM almost every day. (one works long hours, the other one has to wait to get picked up) and we only have one car, that is gone most of the time.
to get to a store, I'd have to walk 10+ miles on the highway in either direction to get to a city. There are one or two days I could check stores and on very limited hours. I had a friend who got one that way, but there is just no way for me to do it. Posted by Squash Monster wanna know the truth? I hate both capitalism and democracy. Never even get a letter or a call back. so now what am I stuck doing. Literally sitting in a chair or on my bed doing absolutely nothing thinking about how much I hate the world. How much I want, deserve, and need but don't get. And then I see these people who take for granted all they have while I wallow in nothing, and all I do is wish them death. at this point, my parents pitied me and my mom is willing to give me a few of her pay checks. Yes, I'm fairly poor, but we do alright during the summer because my mom can work. Hell I could still get one of the $400 wiis, I'd just feel too much damn guilt. I already feel bad about taking the money. I'm pissed. More then just at not getting a wii. It's more than that. I don't care anymore. I'm sick and tired of helping others, and being giving, while suffering horribly. I wasn't always like this, at one point, I was violent. I got what I wanted, no questions asked. The end justified the means. I didn't care if I took food out of a starving babies mouth. That was a long time ago. Now I'm a damn pussy who won't even defend himself. I've had enough public humiliation for a lifetime, and more than enough failure. I don't give a shit any longer. I'm going back to the old me, to the extreme. I don't care what success requires. I WILL get what I want. even if I am denied. I don't care if the pathway to success is robbery, violence, suicide, murder, hell, any act you can think of. As long as I get what I want, what I need. I Don't have a chance in this world so I'll simply take everyone elses damn chances through force. none of you people have any idea what true suffering and hatred are. They do not make you turn 'emo' or 'goth' or make you cut yourself. Hell, people can seldom even notice unless they are very perceptive. Real pain eats at your soul. It leaves you with nothing but agony -- it is the agony that leads to anger and the anger to destruction. if you wonder why I don't see a psychiatrist the answer is simple. I know what I have wrong with me, but I don't want to use drugs to fool myself, and put quite simply, there is nothing they could ever do to make me feel better. There are a certain few rigid, unchangeable things I need that I am not getting (The wii is NOT one of them of course) and as long as it is out of my power, I will only continue to fall deeper into this state. I already know I've lost my mind through grief... |

As for the wii...what I did was, I had my dad get a reserve at a local gamestore so I would get it sometime in January. But I didn't stop there. I also went to EB games at least once a week to make sure they had at least 1 wii coming in anytime soon. Of course it took a lot of luck and determination, but eventually my brother heard the clerks talking and one of them said,"I'm going to the bank to get some money, don't let anyone buy it!" but the other clerk told him it was first come, first serve. My brother told me to go ask for a Wii again. As confused as I was, I went and asked and sure enough, he handed me my wii. As for a job, keep bugging the people you want to work for even if they tell you to go away. It shows great work ethic, and they might even take you in. |

First off, be glad you have a house, food, water, parents etc. There are always people worse off than you. Second, it's not worth going to jail over a game console. Now, regarding your post...

Sure there is. You can always improve yourself. Looks have a lot to do with it. Get in shape, wear nice clothes, keep clean, etc. Attitude is another major factor. Just keep at it. Try different approaches. Learn from your mistakes. Or, you may be in the same situation I was in, living in a shithole town where you simply don't want to be friends with any of the local idiots. In that case I recommend sticking to chat rooms until you can move out. Do go outside, though, you never know when you'll meet someone you can better associate with (and again, the exercise will help). Yeah, it sucks when you can't get a job. All you can do is keep at it, and as I mentioned, try to look good and have a positive attitude. People won't want to hire someone who looks like they haven't bathed recently or who gets pissed off easily. Of course, it's entirely possible (again, same situation I was in) that there's just no jobs available, in which case, all I can suggest is moving. :-/ Or finding another way to make money. (Maybe you could buy Wiis and sell them on eBay?  )
BTW, a good resumé is crucial. Ridiculously so. Read a book, walk around, rent a movie, buy a DS (should be easy to find), hack a ROM, chat on IRC, get into programming (good money there!) etc. You mentioned your parents will lend you money, use this money to entertain yourself (or buy nice clothes to improve your chances of being hired, etc). I wouldn't feel bad about taking the money - they're only trying to help - but I would be annoyed at the idea of paying more to buy the system from one of the people you started off complaining about. You could, however, buy a Wii or two and sell them cheaper than the other guys, if that's possible, or use clever advertising or gimmicks to steal some of their business. You make money and you get back at them! As long as you can live with the fact that now you're doing it too...
Some good music can really influence your mood, and could help you get that attitude back. Some nice rock-and-roll should do the trick. Seriously, you'd be amazed what music can do to you... Just always ask yourself, is it worth it? Keep in mind the risks and the consequences of your actions. Don't be afraid to kick some ass, but don't go too far. It's not worth killing someone to get a Wii. o rly? Ever had your mother turn a blind eye as her boyfriend beats you? Ever break both of your arms and a shoulder and miss out on something you'd been looking forward to all year as a result? Be careful with those assumptions, man. There is always, always someone who has it worse off than you. (Again, you have a house, food, Internet, etc, so you're already doing better than at least 95% of the people on Earth!)
Key word: destruction. This ties in with what you said earlier about how you will take what you want no matter what the consequences. Find some better way to relieve this stress that won't get you hurt or arrested. Might I suggest martial arts, or even a simple punching bag? You'd be getting in shape while you do it. Win-win! BTW, I know how difficult it can be to hold back when someone really pisses you off. Like I said, don't be afraid to kick some ass. Just know where to draw the line. So tell them you refuse to take drugs. Simple. I'd question the competence of a psychiatrist who simply prescribes drugs, really. |
