Level design looks alright, but it does need a lot of work. Using four objects to make levels, with no real variety of detail isn't that good. Also, the overlapping yellow pipes is a no-no .. it looks too weird.

Also, try to avoid putting lava next to bones and pipes, because there will then be a column of pixels cut off, thus showing the BG and looking weird.

Also you should remove the pipes under the green lava as well.
