It is mildly entertaining to open two copies of tinasitter at one time. Sometimes they try to sit on one another's heads and they fly up the screen, reappear at the bottom, and do it again.

I got the same problem. I downloaded the file, then ran regsvr32 mswinsck.ocx from the command line and it worked like a charm.
