Looks like an edited version of the Vanilla Dome/Castle 4 connection bridges from Super Mario World.

Everything looks great (Especially the bridges), except for the pipe. It seems to fit a 3/4 perspective better than isometric.

Some things I noticed right away are that the pipe is too big and out of the perspective you do have, and that in certain parts the high concentration of black linse together with bright colors (the green bridge, sort of the ladder but not as bad) make it hard to tell what some things are right away, but apart from that you can mostly tell whats going on.

Though I guess that would of been more accurate.
