My computer has a max total of 9.30 GB.

I just use my computer for ROM hacking and it's filled to the brim with all kinds of tools- leaving 100 MB for a few songs to listen to. Oh yeah, Stepmania is included as well. Fun fun.

That was... easy...

It's a laptop, and ironically, though it has 2GB ram and a dual-core processor, I don't really use it for much else except word processing, research, and talking on the board and Trillian.

Mine has a max total of around 40 or so. There's 3 left no, I don't know how that happened. I use it mostly for rom hacking, though its primarily for my music/audio related stuff. Now that I think of it, thats probably what takes up 90% of my harddrive

Can we trade? Mine is able to do that well, but I use it for much more...

Heh, my current computer is quite powerful.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual
Core Processor 5200+
2.61 GHZ, 2 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX

What I cared most when I wanted a new computer was that it had 2 GB of RAM really. But Dual core is nice, really nice.

And then I have two monitors connected, like I said in another thread.

I use my computer for doing schoolwork, surfing and chatting on IRC. And playing some games, such as openTTD, The sims 2, Simcity 4 and Civilization IV. I do program now and then too in Java, though thinking of learning C and messing with more PHP.

I have 300GB and I doubt I'll ever use more than a third of it. I'm a neat freak

I game and surf on mine and that's about it. Even then I bet I do the latter more.

My desktop computer holds 150 GB. That is twice the amount of space from my old computer. Most of my files on my computer are ROMs, rom hacking stuff, video game music, and other crap. My VG music folder is 2.87 GB big with over 1,100 files and it's still growing. All of my other folders haven't even reached a gigabyte yet.

I have alot of discs
Two harddrives at about 232 GB, then a portable one at 280 GB that is inside the computer all the time anyway. The drives that have a floppy drive icon is the inbuilt card reader, and one of the CD-drives is a virtual one. There's two real DVD-drives, one being a burner.

Then there would be 1 GB extra if I counted my USB stick that I sometimes use. I have so much free space that I'm not sure what I would do with it. xD

Oh yeah, it has 120 GB hard drive space. And I want to try out the microSD on my phone, so I can see what those 1600x1200 pictures show up on a screen bigger than 2x3 inches.

37 GB hard drive, 512 MB RAM, 2.something GHz Celeron, one currently disconnected gamepad, CD burner, DVD drive, crappy onboard sound/video.

It's not great (needs more ram and better sound/video), but it gets the job done.

I have alot of discs

Two partitions on the hard drive, a virtual floppy, a virtual CD, another virtual CD, a real DVD burner, and a couple of thumb drives.

I don't have nearly as much storage space as Ailure, though.

Besides Frankenstein, my old ugly desktop with the cannabalized parts on it, I have a 3-year old Dell Latitude c840 Laptop.

Mobile Intel Premium
4 - M CPU 1.80 Ghz
AT/AT Compatible
523,704 kb RAM

It's served me well after getting it's fix but I'm thinking about getting a new Lappy with a Duo.

The laptop, which I am currently on...

Mobile Athlon 64 3700+
1GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon X700
80GB HDD
some onboard sound chip which produces rather bad output

My desktop:

Athlon XP 2800+
512MB of RAM
ATI Radeon X800PRO
total 120GB HDD
Creative SB Audigy which produces rather good output (it was cutting edge back when I bought it, but you probably know how long ago it was that the plain SB Audigy was cutting edge)

Current Computer:
Pentium III 3.2 GHz
256 MB RAM
20 GB HDD
Pretty much barebones overall though, this is a work computer technically belonging to a telecommunications company a parent of mine works for...

Backup Computer:
Pentium I w/ MMX 200 MHz
32 MB RAM
3 GB HDD
This was my primary computer when I first joined the board, then I got a better computer, which broke. I was stuck with this again until I got the work computer... which has had problems as well, so I end up with this occasionally still...
