Am Ithe only Wii owner on the MB to own this? It's my first ever online game (Yep I'm 27 years old and have NEVER played an online game) it surprises me how well it all works, though the people in the higher echelons of the rankings are all cheating spammers.
ANyone else got this, what do you think? |

I had no idea this game even existed. If its anything like the Gamecube Mario soccer game, I will most likely get it once I get a Wii. Out of all the Mario sports games (excluding Mario Kart Double Dash of course) Mario soccer got the most play time at my house. My cousins sure do love their soccer games. And with Mario theme powers and characters, they were in gamer heaven.
Also..your a 27 year old gamer..and THIS is your first online game?? You are the albino elephant of gamers....i think..metaphors aren't my thing. |

When it comes out in the US(july 20, I believe) I will totally be getting it. I don't own the original but this game looks damn impressive. The abundance of characters, abilities, and the inclusion of online multiplayer should make for a really fun experience. I am really psyched for it. |

Yes chipped Wiis can play online. I just gotta make sure my Wii is updated because PAL and JAP games (Mario Strikers is one) sometimes has built in updates that can brick you if you are on the wrong console version. Theres a patcher out though that removes the updates so I may just use that instead (But I'm not sure if it would still work online as that may kill the checksum).
I'm really getting pissed though, my Wiikey was supposed to ship LAST monday but they got a bad batch, and now they said they were going to send it today but no tracking number yet and its not listen on the site as shipped. I'm really starting to get pissed...I mean, I've burnt Excite Truck and Cooking Mama waiting so far  , and tonights going to be Mario Strikers (PAL).

My dad just brought back Wii yesterday
But he has not open it yet... so I could not test drive it 
And I notice he had brought back Mario Strikers Charged as well... so all I need now is wait for him to let me play  ____________________

Been playing this.
It's amazing. Everyone should get it. Now. Intro for the game is kickass, there's like, 30 different victory voices, 30 different getting hurt voices, tons of different sound effects, the audio in this game was well hard worked on. The graphics are stellar with minor frame rate drops when all of the audience is shown (Pretty much all 3D). Great great great game. I can't wait to get online with it, let me beat a few cups first. ____________________ I miss post headers more. |
