Yeah, you aren't giving us any details. Turned an air switch off, so a machine didn't work? If she's been working there for years, shouldn't she notice these things?

And if she's not drinking, is an alcohol test really that big of a deal? Isn't the work paying for it? What the fuck is problem, seriously?

The switch is under the panel of the machine. It’s recommended for it to be on at all times and they aren’t suppose to check to see if it’s on.

I can't understand clearly what are you trying to say... a machine was messed up becouse someone turned some switch off, and it looked like if it was her fault, so they thought she drank or something? And the responsible instead of telling the truth just get away with it?

Well.. as long as it can be explained then there's no need to get angry or something... But you aren't giving enough info to know what happened... try to calm down and explain it better.
