The question is, does it actually help, or does it just cause more accidents due to people's attention being elsewhere? I'll go for the latter.

UK wise. That'd be crash-heaven. XD I know summer was hot.. but.. some people drove in the bare minimum last year.. which caused a few accidents. ____________________

You know people aren't looking at the speed limit, they're looking at the boobs. They're slowing down because of boobs. Most of them probably have no idea what the speed limit was after they passed the, er, sign.
