I agree, incentive to post is never a bad thing.. I don't personally believe in having too strict of rules concerning it either. Mind you, I've been part of the administration of several forums in the past, and have as such enacted the same strict rules I am now not so fond of.. it is reflection and time that has made me see that - really, what a forum community needs from its administration is not so much control and regulation, but instead more involvement and.. fun to put it simply.
The administration should always deal with blatant crap being thrown about or dealing with the idiotic member here and there.. but a little (amusing) spam doesn't hurt anyone really, and if the members as a whole are having fun then.. that's what is important, right? Can't lose sight of that, especially not with the motto here of living the fun posting experience, heh.. All and all though, as I said.. I think most everyone here is pretty well behaved, so.. yea.. Making the coins have a practical use outweighs the concern of any misconduct among the posters popping up.. And again as well, any newcomer that blatantly spams everywhere just for the coins isn't likely the type of person whom will be around here long anyway.. So I'd say to go ahead and implement some of these ideas, especially the scheme one, that one just seems natural. |

I will so remind you.
.. Because spatulas are awesome. And rubber scrapers are even more awesome. Screw those flippy things. They can flip and flip all they want, but they will never rival the power of the rubber spatula. Oh they most definitely will not! .. Now I feel this ridiculously strong urge to bake something. I haven't slept yet. I don't think that would be a very good idea. I'd probably blow up the kitchen or something. >>; |

This might be a good feature:
"Donate Cash to x user" on profile Of course making sure it isn't possible to add a negative number |

Heh, I would like to see the possibility of having more than one item. Or rather, that additional items you buy doesn't sell the old one. << ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org
