What exactly are Super ExGFX files? I've used normal ExGFX before, and of course normal GFX, but Super ExGFX have been bugging me for a long time. What exactly ar ethey for?

Because I was reading the thing while I was putting in an ExAnimation, and it said "Use tiles blah for standard GFX, blah for ExGFX, and blah for SuperExGFX files." And I never really payed attention to it until now, because it's been bugging me for a while as to what it is.
