I love plain large curd cottage cheese. I always have. I like the taste and texture, and it happens to be an excellent source of protein, so it's one of my dietary staples.
Most of my friends don't understand this. I've been told that it's like eating a bowl of snot. And one of my other friends - also a cottage cheese fan - teases me for occasionally putting fruit in it. He thinks I'm messing with perfection. |

oh yeah, when I was younger, one of my favorite things to eat was small curd cottage cheese mixed with applesauce. I'd also eat cottage cheese with velveeta shells and cheese. I still eat all three today, but I can't stand any of them mixed together anymore. |
