Ok... so I was supposed to skip school today because my great grandma died last thursday, and the funeral was today. [In the back yard, but still pretty professional looking] But my brother Shawn didn't go to school on tuesday, because he was complaining that he was sick. And now, I feel terrible... My throat is really sore, the back of it is like swollen, making anything with certain sounds kind of roll... and my head hurts too, as well as some really dry sinuses. So... Sick count for my life is now a grand total of 3 =[

I am, however, one of those lucky few who is significantly allergic to cigarette smoke. Go figure.

Yeah... I wasn't allowed to go out to the back yard because my mom didn't want to get anybody else sick. And she was cremated I'll never be that rich...
And I usually don't get sick, that's why I was so surprised when I felt this way. Speaking of poison ivy, I stepped in some about 2 days ago, and the worst that happened was a small amount of itching and a few bumps. Guess I'm lucky =]

I'd be guilty for missing a funeral. I would actually feel worse, seeing that everyone's suffering, while I haven't experienced what they're going through. There are both pros and cons to the situation, much like most other situations.

But only three times? What the hell?! I just got over a cold recently...

I get sick from colds way too often. Maybe my immune system will develop memory T and B cells against every known cold virus in existence, making me invincible to all colds.

And sorry about your loss.
