I call my laptop Lappy too. In fact, I edited the OEM info and My Computer icon to reflect this!

I also make Batmobile jokes.

Now lessee what other words I've used... I call the Lappy's adapter a brick (as in the construction material) and sometimes a power converter (in a Luke Skywalker voice) which isn't even that weird, but mostly brick. I consistently refer to the Luna interface as Plastic...

...and I refer to myself as Kawa in my mind.

For some reason I started to say Google as "Gooble." I don't know why, but it just sounds funny.

Pop seems to be the standard in Canada. I've never heard anyone say soda. I did once by accident and got weird looks.

About the only strange names I have for things are for bathroom-related things, and they're not that strange really. I take a leak or a dump, I sometimes say wang instead of penis, etc...

I do tend to refer to things by many different terms though. In reference to my dad's car I might say the car, your car, the Lincoln, or a few other things chosen at random. I do similar with other things; sometimes I'll refer to my pets by name, others I'll just say "the cat/dog", or referring to an insect, sometimes I'll say "a fly/bee/etc" and others just "a bug".

I call this board "the board" because "Acmlm's Board" takes too long to say and "Milly's" just doesn't sound right. Also I occasionally say "skeeter" instead of "mosquito".

When I was an insane child I appended "bob" to nearly every noun.

That reminds me, when my sister and I were younger, one of us started this thing where we'd put "ish" on the end of every sentence sort of as if "ish" was now how we addressed each other. Like,

"what are you doing-ish?"
"What's it to you-ish?"
"I was just asking-ish!" What's your problem-ish? Freak-ish!
"You're the freak-ish! Freak!"
"No you're a freak-ish! Freak!"

We'd just keep doing that until our parents went insane.

Oh yeah, my sister and I very matter of factly call each other freak all the time too.

I occasionally address a certificate or award as a "dur".

During my RuneScape days (AKA Failure days), I'd refer to RuneScape as "poisoning my mind".

"Hey, what're you doing?"
"Poisoning my mind."
"Ooh..."

My grandparents call their RV "The Beast."

Seriously.

I always like to call that DanActive product "DanCraptive", as I've tasted it, and it was the worst thing I ever tasted.

My mom bought some DanActive, and then I hid it away, and then left her a note in an alien catgirl language.

I call theta (uppercase Θ, lowercase θ) "squiggely" because of how my math teacher writes it.
