There's still the option to kindly ask an administrator to reset one's password. In the case of Legoman, the horrible English would have swept away any potential doubt about the authenticity of person.

Good point. I don't think your Finnish is any better than his English...
(even so, that shouldn't be taken as a universal carte blanche for Legoman not to do something about his knowledge of what is ...well... the language of the internet)

Passwords being hashed, retrieval is technically impossible... However, getting it reset would work.

You don't speak fluent English... if anything, you speak English fluently.
Also, the "about" in the second sentence was out of place.
