Wii Play.[/corny]

I got this game today and thusly proclaim 3 good things.

1-Those games are awesome (nice to see Andy Kaufman ride a cow).
2-The medal system seems neat. Keeps one playing for goals. Some are pretty tough too (*cough*laserhockey*cough*)
3-Free remote.

Buuuut...
Not enough in-depthness/not enough games. Maybe it's just me, but I can't play minigames forever. Unless you have like 100 minigames, but this is too little.

Just my opinion above.

What are the thoughts of those who got this game?

My mom wants a Wii in the worst way. Many of the stores around here seem to be sold out, but as soon as they're back on the shelves she wants to get one. Its funny because a technophobe like my mother is extremely excited about it. One day I sit down to talk to her and she asks me where she can get one. Apparently what wows her is the remote and the motion detection abilities it has. She wants to play games and excersize at the same time. After telling her she's not going to get a TON of excersize and that not all Wii games involve movement, I told her that I'd keep an eye out for her and let her know when there's one available. I hope it is good, because there's definitely going to be one in our house. When my mom gets an idea, she doesn't let go.

You do get somewhat tired after a couple rounds of Wiisports Boxing. Close enough to exercise for me.

As for Wii Play, yeah, it's not much more than a short-lived tech demo, but some of the games (Laser Hockey) are fun for a while, and hey, it's only 10$.
There's no real reason to pick up a Wiimote without the game if you're getting a Wiimote anyway, but likewise, there's little point to buying this if you weren't interested in the extra Wiimote.

I got it. Played it. Returned it. Put the money towards Guitar Hero for XB360.

Its like...its like a tutorial program for the wii-mote. I thought it would be fun, especially since I love Wii Sports so much....but that wasn't the case for this title.
