Okay, I've recently started playing online with PJ64k, and it's overall a very enjoyable experience. However, if I want to play, say Mario Party 2(2 is far superior) there is no possible way to get close to finishing a 20 turn game without a desynch. I looked into this, and I wound up finding Hamachi, which sounds like it could possibly make it a bit more stable, a simulated LAN sounds alot better than the through-server thingy that Kaillera does, however, I really don't know how to use them in conjunction, would I simply use the IP address thing? I somehow doubt this. Any insights on this, or other ways to up stability would be appreciated, thanks.

Hamachi makes everything work as if you were on a LAN connection. So if you can figure out how PJ64 (or 1964 or any other N64 emulator) works on LAN then just apply that to Hamachi.

I suck. It says right in the help file that PJ64k doesn't support LAN. *slaps self* Maybe another online Emu does though, or is there any other way to increase stability?

Your best bet is simply to ensure that you and your netplay buddy are using the exact same plugins with the exact same settings.

Well for online, 1964 is a good emu (it was coded for online use), but if that doesn't work go here (no there are no roms there, just emulators).
