1) that hammer looks very heavy to be holding with 3 fingers and leaning on the top of his shirt collar, try to make it look more anchored on his shoulder
2) his left forearm seems very short 3) I find drawing naked people is the best way to practice anatomy, because you can't hide flaws underneath clothes and are forced to make everything right. ____________________ |

Posted by setz 1) Oh yes, It was exported from Cinema 4D's FlashEx v2, and I actually tried to make it to be ontop of his shoulder, but failed. That doesn't affect the dude's outlook though. 2) Looks like I made a folding mistake there... If I'd continue the one line opposite of the elbow to the other way it'd look sensible. Thanks for that one! 3) True. I kinda made him intentionally dressed since I don't have much experience drawing naked peeps, plus this wasn't originally going to be a test on character proportions. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate constructive criticism. ____________________ |

Sketch some life drawings out rather than practicing getting anime style outlines down
Anatomy knowledge is important for any art style, even picasso |
