Well, as previously stated in 'SMW Hack Ideas', I have come up with an idea for a hack;

I have recently come up with an idea for what is (in my opinion) one of the most origional hacks ever. It's a platformized sequel to Mario & Luigi: SSS. It will have sprites as close to the origional as possable, bean-like enemys, and the boss will be some form of Cackletta. It'll take some work, but hopefully, it will all turn out for the better.

However, I have already run into my first problem. The sprites

I know I must sound like a retard, but please, could someone tell me what programs to use to edit the sprites? I thought I figured it out with some programs from SMW Central, but then It fell apart and I do not know what to do.

Also, if you would, I am having trouble finding the following sprites:

Koopea
Para-Koopea
Lakipea
& Cackletta's clone bats (the ones that apear when you attack a clone in the first battle with her).

Well there are some, for example YY-CHR or something. I am not an expert in these things but I know at least something.

And about the finding sprites part. You will find easily anywhere, but you wont be able to put them into SMW since its sprites are different from M&L and wont fit etc. And wasnt there one hack which had beanies in it?

This would be a custom sprite, which would need SpriteTool and some knowledge of ASM

I was looing for some sprites to base them of off. I can't find them anywhere off the web >8(

No, they exist. I want to use the sprites to make M&L style swoopers.

NOTE: By sprites, I'm talking about the images. Not many new things are going to be in this hack, everythings just M&L styled.
