I've got 2 things wrong here.
1. If I try to play QBasic games it glitches and keeps minimizing and i don't even see anything.
2. Whenever I play flash games the sound is off sync by a half second to a second. How do i fix these problems?

Applications that 'flashes', such as various IM programs when you get a new message tend to disrupt fullscreen DOS applications.For everything else, I have no idea.

Have you tried getting the latest flash player version? or try getting another brand like Macromedia.

Uh... you do realize that Macromedia/Adobe are the only publishers of an actual flash viewer, right?

I'm sure there's some bullshit OPEN SOURCE LUZL, but... well, yeah, 99% of the time unless you're some open source freak you're using Adobe/Macro's.

Just get a faster computer
