Posted by Kasdarack I used "nasal spray" as one would use an adjective. Were it "a powerful, colorful degongestant," the comma would be appropriate. Yes, it's correct to omit the comma if "nasal spray decongestant" is a noun, but it's also correct to use "nasal spray" as an adjective. Not that "No comma" has a verb or "Period" has a subject, mind you. Ah, the internet. Bickering about a comma in an image that has no value in the first place. |

Posted by Kasdarack Why did I find this funny? Also, I heard of an aspirin that... "May cause an increased frequency of bowel movements and inability to control them, stroke, heart attack, and in some cases, death." Or maybe it was just an idea. Hmm, I dug it out of my memory... ____________________ Love your lawn. |

Posted by KasdarackPosted by GuyPerfectPosted by Kasdarack Not really, as there's no golden standard for grammar. There are all sorts of stylistic effects, such as omissions and additions and other such "rule breakers," that are perfectly acceptable. |
