sure cartoons contain lots of marketing but this guy is too much. Hell, I'm sure even the andy griffith show contained marketing of some kind, its how these groups make money... It's also part of the lifeline of the capitalist world -- get people to buy shit because money is the most important thing. I don't care if your mother will die without cancer treatment little Jill, but buy some of my candy anyway! But lets leave my sentiments on capitalism out of this... |

But only the ones that are legitimately awesome, like stories dealing with bigfoot stealing formula 1 race cars and the like. Celebrity gossip is pure trash, of course--naturally, that seems to be the kind she's into.) Somehow, the article feels like it's missing its punchline. |
