I've never had a download limit, or at least I never knew I had one. I watch a lot of stuff on YouTube, surf the web, and use AIM, but it's not like I'm downloading 100 movie trailers, 500 CDs, and 200 game demos every week or anything. It could be a really high limit.


Same here. I download SO much.


I said it's not like I do that. I just download the occasional rom, game, utility, etc.

Last view: 6082 days 		Cogeco was awesome but they had a 15GB limit which I repeatedly smashed through (they noticed when I hit 100GB, but assumed it was a virus ). I could either switch to a 30GB plan for an extra 20 bucks or to Sympatico's unlimited slightly faster plan for the same price.

That was before I moved though. I have no idea what sort of limits this connection might have.

Last view: 6106 days 		I really don't think of the whole *ethical* thing... the only thing I really use now is BitTorrent and I usually end up at a 1.000 ratio unless I need to seed at a torrent site for stats.

I'll usually share if there's still demand for it, but if there's nobody downloading, I'll just stop.

Although sometimes I'll start again if there is demand, but that's only for Nesvideos
About the same here. I usually try to reach a 1.0 ratio but for stuff that is have lots of seeders and probably won't die out soon, I usually don't care too much about seeding myself.

I usually share until at least 1.1 ratio.

But if it looks like nobody's ever going to want the file, I don't bother.

And I generally don't share files other than the ones I download. Which is its own form of leeching. In my mind, it's almost worse.
