I don't like cans because they tend to add an off-taste to the drink, which I have once heard described as "aluminium-flavoured 7-UP" (or whatever drink). |

Drinking from aluminum cans causes a higher risk for getting Alzheimers. *Hopes people believe me because I'm too lazy to prove it *
Though this doesn't change my favor of canned soda anyway. Bottles == More expensive. xD *Thinks about Pepsi Blue* O_o I don't think I can honestly go the rest of my life without having another one of those. We should all sign a petition to get it back. ____________________ |

After you rip them in half you have a perfect shanking tool
Also, what's so bad about the taste of aluminum? I think it's delicious >.> |

Posted by TheLesserBlackDope6x Aluminum does cause Alzheimer's, but you'd have to get a LOT of it for it to affect you greatly, probably more than any aluminum residue that exists (if any) in a can. But bottles do preserve the taste of what they contain better, and prevent any excess carbonation, which is why most expensive beer is bottled and not canned. |

I like Pepsi better than coca-cola. (I like cans too, otherwise the carbonation goes away. *burp*)
I like mountain dew better than both though. >x> ____________________ ._. + internet |

I've found Coke products to be MUCH, much sweeter than Pepsi. For example:
(in terms of sweetness): Coke > Pepsi Mellow Yellow > Mountain Dew Sierra Mist > Sprite I'm sure I can get agreement on this. Coke products tend to make me sick faster (if I drink a lot of it) than Pepsi would. ____________________ |

Posted by NSNickWell, the carbonization can be really overdone... if you drink directly from a fresh 1.5-2 liters bottle. You have to either calm it down, or pour it into a glass first. x3 ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I'm not sure what it is but Coke from 2-liter bottles is alright for me, but from smaller bottles or cans tends to make me sick. |

Maybe it's the carbonation. In a 2-liter, generally it's been there for a while, so it's had time to simmer down a bit, but with the little guys, you drink it all when it's all carbon-y and that could cause an upset stomach if your stomach is sensitive, I guess. There's also that you pour it first from the 2-liter, that'd be alot of carbonation expelled right there.
EDIT: ^ directed at HyperHacker. As for Orange Soda, it's up there on my soda list, but I prefer Root Beer and Dr. Pepper to it. ____________________ There are things I want to put here. I like diet cola, and I also like orange (Sunkist) and lemon lime (7-up) sodas.
My girlfriend, on the other hand, likes Diet Coke with Lime as well as grape soda. |

Posted by TheGreatGuyThat's gotta be it, because the "sitting there for a while" doesn't apply. Order a pizza and a 2L Coke, everyone has a big glass, it's gone before the pizza. And yes, orange soda FTW. |

Aren't you guys forgetting strawberry soda? Seriously, it's been a long time since I've had that stuff, but it's goood.
Now as far as Pepsi vs. Coke, I really don't notice a difference. That's probably because my parents buy whatever happens to be on sale at the time. ____________________ What sig? I don't have a sig. |

Vanilla Coke was great. I wish they didn't stop making it. If they're still making it, I wonder why the stores around here stopped supplying it. ____________________ |
