Kire: "Holy Ground Defense!"

Kire slices the ground with 2 slices, forcing magical energies into the ground and reforming the area around Kire into a White area of protection. The Lightning bolts strike at Kire continueally, though their effect seems to have less than expected.

Kire: "Quite an attack there... it still deals some damage even through my Holy Ground effect."

The Holy Ground seems to be expanding slowly.

Kire: "Hmm... you seem to have vanished."

Kire closes his eyes and forms an obviously offensive Stance with his Kodacies, bowing his head slightly and unmoving. His Kodacies are poised at stratigic postions, apparently without defensive flaw while being offensive in nature.

Kire: Let's see what he can do against my Counter Stance I've put up. This Holy Ground will help greatly for a little while, its lasting effect stays until I've struck my opponent. Then its effect dimishes at the same rate. If he keeps away, its effect will last for a while.

The Holy Ground stops expanding, but seems to be getting brighter and stronger as time passes by.

Kire: "Time for a little anti-elemental magic.. NulShock!"

Kires body is surronding by a sudden surge of white magic as his body becomes more resiliant to Lightning based damage. The Holy Ground effect continues to strengthen as its effect continues to increase while Kire stays on the defensive.

Kire: This NulShock should help with the Lightning element, though it's effect isn't as all protecting as the name might suggest. Combined with Holy Ground which has lasted without me striking for some time now, I should be prepared for his next strike. Unfortuneatly, That last attack he charged did do more than I lead on...

You could probably convert the MP3 files into other, smaller formats. I think that can be done... I remember converting being possible, but I'm not sure if it would end up being a smaller file or not.

Kire: Opening his eyes "The Holy Ground is magic, notice that your blade pierced through the light, but all you really did was attack the ground that still remains underneath. It's only purpose... is to protect its invoker and any Ally within the effect."

Kire takes a step forward, using the momentum to propel himself at Star with lightning speed.

Kire: "Ryuu Kauntaa Sutansu, Tokoyo Sukai Form!"

Quickly, he slashes 3 times each with his Kodacies, each one causing holy energy to connect. The very air itself is being cut, creating a vacum meant to slow down and stop Star from avoiding any more that the first two strikes.

Kire: Evil! This being must be slain, for no hero uses the powers of evil for any reason. His purpose is within question now...

Kire: "You are sadly mistaken..."

Kire sheathes his Kodacies and forms the Batsu Stance with his Katana as the blast of evil flows over him.

Kire: It is strong, he has mastered the evil seal. If it wasn't for this Holy Ground, I would be much worse off. And that Holy Ground will fade soon, for I have struck my opponent.

Kire stands, obviously taking the hit but appearing to take less damage than what was actually being dealt.

Kire: "The Light annilates the Darkness, again and again."

Kire Blazes with a firece determination and holy energy, the energy creating a tingling sensation to the fighters. Kire shifts his Batsu stance slightly...

Kire: " 'Thou Shallt be Smitten'."

Kire: "There is only one darkness that need exist, and that is the shadows. The darkness, the true darkness, is only an illusion of life. Once, before Time, darkness wasn't. Everything was pure. Except when something out of the chaos, the edge of reality, decided to throw in entropy."

Kire forms an unreconizable stance... moving his right foot back diagnolly and holding his sword horizontally with his left hand right hand near the tip of the blade.

Kire: "Since then, the multiverse has expanded and created many lives, and has killed many times more than those that exist today."

Kire: Disappeared... area grab?

Kire: "Life is infected with the darkness. Pure is corrupted by the darkness."

Kire uses his left leg as an anchor point and jumps forward, still taking the slash on his back but allowing him to turn around and...

Kire: "Holy Arrows!"

With his free hand, Kire flings a handful of holy energy becoming a spread of arrow-shaped attacks.

Kire stops and slashes the wave, spliting it in half and moving his body down, dodging the top half while the bottom strikes his chest. The Holy Ground effect is now almost gone. Kire sheathes his sword and pulls into the Batsu stance, chanting in a holy tounge.

I don't rightly know, but in RPG Maker 2003 when you imported you selected the color you want to be transparent. Perhaps that capability is still there?

Kire: Great, I'm sure he's right about that. Time to pull out a gift from Zeron.

Kire, using his right hand, digs into his pocket and pulls out a small device. He pushes a few buttons and sticks it on his chest while still chanted in holy tongue.

Kire: "Ryuu Faia! Shadow conversion!"

Kire slashes and a burst of firey holy energy that quickly converts itself into Shadow energy emerges, no longer having an alignment and now holding the special properties of Shadow energy. It has a slight poison-like Paralyzation effect and it tunes in on an opponents energy signiture allowing it to follow it, though it doesn't turn very quickly.

Kire gets struck by the kick without enough time to get ready for the shock, shoving him off-balance

Kire: ...good. He's fast, really fast. The Shadow energy should tune it on him and follow him around. Arg, I can't throw another Shadow attack until that one has run its course, and that energy will ignore everything, flowing through solid objects, energy, and just about any other hinderence except time fluctuations. Guess I'll have to wait until it strikes him. For now, I've got to find a way to strike him..

Kire regains his balance quickly, though he still appears to be off-balance, hoping to fake out his opponent into attempting to take advantage of the moment and allow Kire to try a slash with his enchanted sword.

Kire: I hope the enchantment within the sword can slice him in this form. It is arcane of origin, so it shouldn't miss because its holy or something.

The Shadow energy makes a wide turn and starts moving towards Star yet again.

Just an idea for having your flight...

Change the height you go up in the air after running to match a normal jump. With that, it would also be kinda difficult for the player to go high up in the air and allow the player to skip levels, which I think is a good thing. And it just seems more realistic that you wouldn't go any higher than that, you have to work your way up in the air.

Just a thought .

Dude, you are doing things way beyond the scope of most beginners. I don't really consider myself a vet, really I'm not that great at all, but you've come into this way ahead. Don't sell yourself short .

Kire starts focusing Holy energy into his blade directly.

Kire: Time to test my holy strength...

The Shadow energy goes straight through Kire who now still faces Star without damage and still streaks towards Star. It's turning is still horrid, however.

Kire leaps forward as soon as Star disappeared, dodging most of the attack as he is still hit in his back, but continues forward and turns around, activating his magic.

Kire: "A little White Magic, Hastaga!"

Kire is enveloped in white time magic as the effect takes place.

Kire: There, I almost have him.

Star's attack strikes Kire as Kire moves forward, still getting struck but Star not pushing him forward but instead sliding along his back.

Kire: Haste doesn't stack though, I need something... anything...

Kire recalls the Shadow Energy by quickly pushing a button and the Shadow Fire retreats into Kire's blade.

Kire: I almost forgot I could do that. Now...
