*laughs*

I think Randy Orton deserved to get his ass out of the WWE. He is a fraud.

That was weeks ago. And Wrestlemania 22 is over. I might think about watching the WWE Smackdown Tapings Tonight and since the televised show will be on this and next Saturday Nights on UPN.

While this Friday, I'm gonna play DOR2 for my own personal fun.

What, did something happen there? What's so bad about Survivor Series in Montreal? Did I miss something?

Well, it's just that... er... oh, never mind.

There were rumors of it coming this year but I was even thinking to myself "You know, 2007 would make so much more sense" and... yeah. Unfortunately I was right. :\

Haven't they effectively done a sendup of that ending at least yearly anyway?

Oh, it's never going to die. That's the problem... by having the show in Montreal next year, they're just asking for some sort of backlash. I mean, I'll groan if the title's won off the sharpshooter/"RING THE DAMN BELL" finish.

Sadly, I think you just called the finish a fucking year and a half in advance.

This puts my previous record of eight minutes or so between the time I called "They're gonna pull his head out of his ass" and the time they did during the Wrestlecrap Gooker Award '05 winning JR skit to shame in a big way. Kudos.

See, if they did it in an UNDERCARD match it would still be bad. Slightly less bad if they just tease it.

But really, it's just an excuse for Vince to suck up to Bret for the next year+ in the hopes he comes to the show.

Just as a completely random thought, not really WWE related:

You know, TNA started off absolutely terribly in the weekly Pay-Per-View days. Recently, they had made big strides in getting me to forget about those days and give them another chance....

...then they went and signed Scott Steiner, pretty much assuring that I will never watch them again. My hatred of Scott Steiner is legendary, leading to me yelling "NO! FUCK YOU STEINER!" in a public place with relatively small children around (Me swearing is no big deal, but I generally try and watch my language around small children and/or family), and marking out for TEST of all people, simply because he pinned Steiner a few years back.

Why does Kurt Angle has his World Heavyweight Title match if he's still in the KOTR Tournament. I hope Rey Mysterio kick his butt.

I think it's probably safe to say one of the two will not be an issue. Just guessing, although it's not unheard of for someone to double-dip.

Devin Sturgis posts on Wrestlecrap. That's awesome.

(You may know Devin Sturgis as the interviewer in the Lex Luger "I DUNNOOOOOOOOO!" video)

Also, apparently our friend Mr. Luger has been sighted in TNA. Despite what I said in my last post, if we finally get to see the blowoff to Luger v. Killings, I will forgive TNA for all their past sins, including the signing of Scott Steiner.

Not gonna happen. He was just there, as far as we know, as a one-time deal. Storyline is that for the next TNA PPV "OMGWTFBBQ" (they may call it "Sacrifice" this year) it's Sting and a partner of his choosing against Steiner/Jarrett. So Sting gave Jarrett the chance to pick his partner, who would be in one of the tunnels. Jarrett: "This isn't the Price is Right! Who do you think you are, Bob Barker?" Actually, it's "Let's Make A Deal" and "Monty Hall", but that's besides the point. So Jarrett gets 30 seconds to think it over (with a knockoff of "Think Music from Jeopardy! (Theme From)"!) and doesn't want either choice. Behind Tunnel #1? BUFF BAGWELL. Tunnel #2? Our friend Lexy. So they're out.
Spoiler:
In two more weeks, we'll find out Sting's actually going to team with SAMOA FUCKING JOE.

Well, at least they're trying stuff outside the box with those skits. Even if they don't work.

Meanwhile, WWE's going full steam ahead on reviving ECW after the ONS PPV. ECW TV, for the time being, is going to take Velocity's place in a few months - however, they're trying to get a TV deal with USA.

What kind of disgusting, despibic....despicable...*sigh* lack of respect....

I had actually heard (Apparently from the same spoilers you read) that Luger was back the next week, albeit in a non-wrestling capacity, and certainly not doing anything that would suggest TNA booking a match that would get me to give them yet a third chance to get my attention.

(RANDOM FUN "I DUNNOOOOOOOOOOO!" FACTS: According to Devin, Luger actually improvised that entire promo. They basically told him that he had to hit certain points--name of the next show [Superbrawl/Super Saturday/What Is It I Don't Even Know What It's Called What Is It Called], some stuff about Ron Killings--but there was no "script" per se. Additionally, the second take of the promo, which I'm presuming is not nearly as funny, wound up on a DVD of the show.)
