A little chocolate never hurt anybody.
My mom usually gets me a bunch of the GOOD candy - Cadbury, Crunchies, Aeros, the creme filled eggs.... I can't wait. |

One of my favorite things around Easter are the Cadbury mini-eggs. Good chocolate in a candy shell thing...kind of like uber-M&Ms, in a sense.

Why in the heck are you all eating candy?
Candy is for the lose (edited by Alastor the Stylish on 04-16-06 11:12 PM) |

Because candy is awesome, at least in moderation. If you pig out on candy and don't eat anything healthy, well, that's "for the loss" indeed...but in moderation, it's great. And chocolate is good for combatting the effects of dementors, too.

Chocolate's good, too
In moderation, anyway. The rest of candy sucks... There's just... Nothing that's really worth eating among it... |

Oh... you're considering candy and chocolate as different things.
See, when I say candy, chocolate is included in that. |

Chocolate's modestly healthy, in small quantities. I don't see how it can be candy

Because it's also filled with sugar just like other candy?

Most people would definitely put chocolate as a sub-category of candy rather than a separate thing.
I don't see how you can hate Jelly Beans and Peeps, though. |

There's a difference between the sugar you find in fruit and the sugar you find in chocolate and candy.
Don't make this so difficult. Chocolate, to many people, is a type of candy. As for jelly beans, I hate them too. But I love peeps. |

There IS a difference, yes, but it's the same basic stuff, just less complex.
... I do not know what a peep is... |

God, even *I* know what Peeps are and I don't get them that often. :\ (Plus we don't have a lot of the types of Peeps that the Americans have.)
But they ARE good. In moderation of course. Too many and your stomach will resent Peeps for a long time. |

Apparently, they make Peeps all year round, for different seasons. Or at least for Halloween and Christmas, which are the other ones I've seen, in different shapes and colors.
Yay for marshmallows. |

Ooooh.
THOOOOOOSE. Yeah, I can't stand those. Maybe the ones I got last easter were just bad, but yeah, they tasted really horrid... (edited by Alastor the Stylish on 04-17-06 12:00 AM) |
