Total time spent awake without sleeping... 4 days straight.

I slept a good 12 hours after that though, and felt just fine.

There's always something better my mind thinks I should be doing instead of sleep. I tend to agree with it.

Makes me want to talk about sleepwalking and dreaming.

I do both.
I have the same recurring falling dream almost every night.

You just reminded me of a PBF comic. Also, there a recent bizarro comic had an angel saying something about one of his dreams finally coming true, but it being the one where he was falling.

Oh, and I can function on little sleep, but unless I am woken up, I probably will sleep for an extended period of time.

So Danielle, have you done anything notable and/or embarassing while sleepwalking?

And as long as we're on the topic, anyone sleeptalk? One of my former roommates did sometimes...a few actual words and a bunch of nonsense every once in a while.

I talk very rarely, according to my friends. Also, I guess my roommate saw me motion like I was drinking a beer when I was passed out sometime. She said I did it more than once, too.

I've been told that I once walked into my dad's room around 1 in the morning, scared the crap out of him, and when he told me to go to bed I said "(my brother) has silly hair." Then I went back to sleep.
I've also been told I was singing an Nsync song, but I don't remember doing that at all. Sleepsinging?
The most memorable would have to be that one night when I lost my pants.
Yes. Lost my pants.
Went to bed with them on, woke up with them off. They were nowhere to be seen.

I think perhaps you did something during your sleep that caused you to lose your pants over the course of the night. Perhaps involving guns.

Oh of course you'd say it was involving guns. >8(

I don't know what happened though. They weren't in my bed, or under my bed, or around my bed...

I'm usualy in bed around 1:30, sometimes 2...the later I work, the better they pay me. I guess I don't mind it very much but having to wake up early can throw me right off. One time, I woke up in the middle of the night lying down in the bathtub. I don't know how it happened, but I just hobbled back to my bed and thought nothing of it

Heh. I never sleep walk. I highly doubt I talk in my sleep. No one has said nothing of it.

As for sleeping. My sleeping pattern has changed recently. I tend to go to bed around 3am then waking up around noon the same day.

I sure am one lazy bum.

I'm honestly not sure whether or not I do. My siblings claim I do, but roommates, friends at camp, girls, and the like have never said anything...which makes me think my siblings are just trying to mess with me.

I talk in my sleep, I've even woken myself up doing it.... I don't know what I was in the middle of saying, but the words that woke me were "shopping trolley".

I don't think I do it often though, from my understanding it seems to be something that I do when I am very tired, stressed, or preoccupied with something.

My ex used to talk (very loudly) in his sleep, and was able to hold conversations with others in his sleep.

Things I have heard him say in his sleep:
"you just get Telstra to get you a PAPL line. They connect your phone line at the Waymouth Exchange..."
NO DON'T WARRANTY IT WITH IBM!!!!
Not now, maybe later

He also answered a support call in his sleep, solved the problem and ended the phone conversation, without waking.

Once I fell asleep while talking to my girlfriend (well, she's my ex now, I guess.), but I guess I continued the conversation by asking her "how did the review session go?"

But her review session was several days earlier, and I was just saying things in my sleep.
