| After a bit of walking from Ark, Arminas, Sigmund and the others, they eventually made it to the lake.
Hailey: Wow! Look at how beautiful the lake is! Arminas: ... Um.. Ark.. You went up to slow the others down, right? Um.. Arminas looked at the enormous crater, which had just finished smoldering. Ark looked into the misplaced hole in the ground. "I almost got in a fight with Sky... I didn't really want to fight him, but he kept attacking me. Eventually Lucas got mad and almost killed us both. I think I slowed them down pretty good though." Ark hopped over the hole and started to move towards one of the rafts. They'd have to remove one of the chains it seemed. |

| Cidoshi walked around the crater, and towards the rafts. The others slowly followed.
Hailey: Look at how blue the lake is! Lily: Hm.. Hailey: You don't say "Hm" to something like this! Lily: I'm just looking at the huge island over there. Arminas: So? That's not the island they went. They're going across the lake. Arminas points at the raft that was already across the lake. Cidoshi: That's also not the island where we Yoshenyoshi live. Lily: Bleh.. That's too bad. It's got a funny shape. I wanted to check it out.. Hailey: What are you all doing? Hurry up! Cidoshi quickly took care of the chains. Lily: Wow, how'd you do that so fast? Cidoshi: Us Yoshenyoshi were the ones who put these rafts here! |

| "Then let me do some of my work."
Ark stuck the raft with his spear and watched smooth crystals form over it. He felt an increadibly sickening feeling wash over him and he almost fell over. He regained himself, but looked more like a ghost than a living man. |

| "Don't worry about it. I just think I might be a little sick from all the activity. I haven't really rested in quite a while."
Ark was lying of course, but he didn't want to upset Lily or stall everyone. It was something else, like a feeling of nostalgia that was over powering. What was hiding in this lake? |

| Lily: Oh.. I guess we've been kinda in high tension for a bit, huh?
Cidoshi: Don't worry! This ride will soothe away your problems! Arminas got onto the raft, followed by the rest of the crew. It was a tight fit, but thanks to Hailey, Cidoshi, and Lily (Lily: "Hey, I'm not that small! I just haven't had any growth spurts!") being so small, they were all able to fit. And then.. they took off. |

| Ark sat on the side of the raft, he dragged his hand just under the surface of the water, the blisters on it from handling a weapon so much were starting to show. He relaxed the best he could, but remembering that monsters were swimming under them right now wasn't very comforting. Ark wasn't sure what he was about to do, everything became hazy for a second and he felt like he was about to be sick. He felt a hand grasp his hand that was under water and he was almost pulled off the raft.
"!!!" Ark could only breathe sharply as he felt the pull become harder, eventually he was pulled off the raft and was hanging onto it with just he feet. He paniced, became angry, sad, worried, scared, joyful, and surprised all in the next second when he noticed a familiar face. Light violet hair floated in the way of his sight, but he knew who it was. He reached back with his hand and pulled himself and the girl up onto the raft. He snapped awake and looked around. It was just a dream? |

| Lily gave Ark a poke to his side. She tilted her head as she spoke.
Lily: Drenchy, you're sure it's nothing else? I mean, you seem more out of it than Army over there. Arminas: Huh? Arminas was blinking furiously as he looked around. Lily: Whoa, what's this? You look like you're blushing a bit, Army! Arminas: Wha? No, I'm not. Lily: Ooh, you're thinking something naughty in your head, aren't you? Aren't you? Arminas: I am not! I'm just.. remembering stuff, that's all. Lily: Hmph. Fine. No one tell me what's going on. -------------------------- The path beyond turned into a canyon of a sort. There was still grass, but it was mixed with a dirt path. There was random junk littered here and there, such as wooden planks, and wrenches. Lucas: ... Is this the place he was talking about? Clara: There's no one here. Boy: Heh heh.. Lucas: What's so funny? Boy: Aren't you two a bit overly trusting? You shouldn't just hop onto a boat with someone you don't even know. Clara: .. What? The boy took a few steps away from them, and spoke without turning his back. Boy: You might not know what'll happen. The boy snapped his fingers. All of a sudden, everyone was surrounded by noise that sounds like people moving. |

"What am I doing? Dreaming at a time like this? I really thought she was here, life would've been so much easier if she was here, but it was a dream..." Ark noticed they were getting close to the shore. They would be able to catch up with everyone soon. "Well, let's get ready." |

| The raft had finally reached the other end. Arminas looked at the other raft besides them. It was familar to the boat scene earlier.
Arminas: We'd better not have a monster blocking our path this time. Lily: Oh, don't get so worried. Look, we can see them up ahead. ------------------------------- Lucas: It's.. them? Clara: Yoshenyoshi! Everyone was surrounded by adorable little yoshies with all sorts of cute garments. Boy: Oh.. you already knew about them? I was hoping to surprise you. |

Lily quickly came running up to get a closer look, with Arminas and the rest slowly catching up. Lucas and Clara turned around to see everyone that had finally caught up. Clara: Selk? Lucas: Hailey..? Hailey stood behind Arminas. Lucas' eyes then wandered over to Ark, and quirked a brow. |

| Boy: Hey! Alliance marine! What are you doing with Cidoshi?
Cidoshi: Why, they helped me along here. Infact, *points at Arminas* he risked his life to save me! Quoshi and Pioshi slowly walk up to the others, waving their tiny arms. Pioshi: It's you guys! Did you come to visit our village? Quoshi: It's good to see you again! 
Boy: Do you know these people? Pioshi: Of course. Quoshi: We met at the old Yoshenyoshi village. Pioshi: They even helped us get out when the path was blocked. Quoshi: And they saved us from the Long Long Demon! Boy: I see. Thank you very much for taking care of them, everyone. I am very grateful. |

| "Yeah, Arminas was totally going to sacrifice himself, but instead he busted the damn thing up from the inside. It was great, but honestly, this one didn't have the will power it's brother had. I wouldn't worry about it trying to attack again or something."
Ark didn't really know what else to do than give a rather butchered side of the story. |

Clara: Unbelievable! Lucas: Arminas did that? Cidoshi: Indeed! Such a heroic deed shall not be forgotten! Arminas: .. Can we get on with this? Lucas looks at Ark and Lily, and then at Arminas. Lily: C'mon, Teach! We're not gonna pull any funny business! Lucas: Honestly? Lily: Well.. Arminas: Yes. Honestly. Lily: Eh.. Boy: Well then.. no sense in standing out here. | Lily slightly hopped when Ark placed his hand on her shoulder. She smiled, but didn't look at Ark.
Lily: Don't worry, if anyone's gonna freak out, it'll be Clara. Lily started skipping towards the cavern up ahead, and glanced at Clara. Lily: Let's go! "Why does she look all flustered?", Clara thought. Clara: ... hey! You weren't talking behind my back, were you?! Lucas walked over to Arminas, and looked at Hailey. Lucas: Hey-- Hailey quickly ran over to Cidoshi. Hailey: Come on, Cidoshi. Let's go. Cidoshi: Yoshi? Hailey: Hurry! Lucas: Wait! Hailey ran off towards what seems to be the entrance of a cave with Cidoshi. Boy: There's no need to worry. She's with Cidoshi. Lucas: By the way... just who are you? Boy: Actually, you already know my name. |
