| Pioshi: Oh, but don't feel bad for us. Living past Raging Bay, and near Angel Lake, was probably the best place for us. We don't have to worry about any monsters wanting to make a snack of us!
Lucas: Interesting.. you call them monsters as well.. Pioshi: Is that not what you call them? Lucas: Well, I suppose it's more justifyable in your case.. seeing as how.. Lucas cleared his throat as he took another look at how small the Yoshenyoshis were. Pioshi: *tilts head* Yoshi? After Cassandra finally releasted Quoshi, the 'martial artist' stepped in the center of everyone. He stared at Sky, Ark, Clara, and Arminas. Quoshi: Your eyes.. You all have the eyes of a true warrior, just like mine. Armians: Er.. okay. Clara: Thanks....?  |

| Sky: Erm...thanks, I suppose. A true warrior is dependent on the power of his soul, and it's said that the eyes are indeed the gateway to the soul. Only some people can use omes, and it may be that we have a destiny to fulfill.
Cassandra: That sounds like rather grand talk...maybe omes are just rocks that help people have power. Sky: Perhaps, but I'd like to think it's more than that. Quoshi...are you familiar with omes, then? |

| Quoshi: Omes? Why, yes, I do know of them, but we Yoshenyoshi are not able to use them, unfortunately.
Pioshi: Oh, think of the wonderous mood settings I could create to combine with my music if we could! Clara: Speaking of omes, I was surprised that they could be used to open the door to these ruins. I never imagined that I could use my omes like that.. Lucas: It's only been fifty years since ome users first began appearing among humans.. However, in the Ancient Kingdom of Fungeria, it may have been common for everyone to use omes. Arminas stood close to Allison. Arminas: *quietly* C'mere for a sec. Allison: Hm? Okay. |

Clara: Why did the Kingdom of Fungeria fall? Lucas: Eh.. That is one of history's greatest unknowns. No one has been able to provide a real explanation for the fall of Fungeria. Lily: For that matter, no one knows why they built their kingdom on a moving island. Lucas: If the Cataclysm really occured, that might tie into the explanation. ------ Allison and Arminas weren't that far from the group, but they were out of range to understand what the others were saying. Allison: Why did we come over here? Arminas: You don't want to listen to that, do you? Allison: Um.. well.. it's okay.. Arminas: Oh yeah.. You dropped something. Allison's eyes shimmer with life as Arminas held out a shiny object. Allison: You found my brooch! Thank you so much! I thought I'd never see it again.. Allison takes the brooch from Arminas. Arminas: Yeah, well.. I know how important it was to you. |

| Sky: If everyone was an omes user, that could have something to do with it, as well as why it's rare for there to be omes users now.
Cassandra: It could be that these stones hold powers that together we haven't really seen before, like when that door opened. Sky: And that could be the key behind the cataclysm. Cassandra: Then could we be heading towards something of the same sort now? |

LIly: Aaah haha! Ah, good one, Drenchy! Here I thought you were a serious person! Sooo! Pioshi Think we can get ready to leave? Not exactly easy to come out the way we came from thanks to the cave in, right? Quoshi: Oh, are you unable to leave? Pioshi: Yes. Quoshi, these folks cannot get back to the surface from the way they came. Lucas: We'd be grateful if you could tell us of another exit. Quoshi: Then allow us to lead you! Lily: Alrighty! Lead away! Onward to the surface! Quoshi & Pioshi: Onward! Lucas and Clara looked at each other before glancing at Ark. They really didn't know what to say, as it's just as farfetched as the Linnara stories. ---------------------- Arminas: C'mon, let's get back. |

| Arminas and Allison finally caught up to everyone just as the path started changing from underground village to underground mines. As usual, there was fallen debris everywhere, but it was just a mere annoyance than really blocking the path.
Pioshi: There's a stairway leading to the surface a little further ahead. We can get out through there. Quoshi: Yes, but we must be wary! There are a few creatures down here that are able to cast crystal ome attacks. |

Sigmund was standing at the entrance to the mines. What was this, the fourth, fifth time he had done this? Moving ahead of the group like that... Sigmund was either really fast, or might know something the group didn't. This time, he didn't disappear when Arminas and his crew approached, and instead looked them over. "Yep, that kidnapper went and did ya in good. Though from the looks'o 'im, ya mighta given 'im a run fer his money yerselfs. Me legs're gettin' old 'n tired, so I'ma be with you fer a while, 'n stay 'round... Yer gettin' too fast fer me..." As they approached him, he sat down on the ground in a meditative state, trying to take a breather... Had his bones gotten so tired? |

| Lily's jaw was left hanging as she gave Ark an empty gaze.
Lily: You... You... You don't use omes? Her fingertips started to glow as she stomped towards Ark. She waved her hands, unleashing a small wall of fire near Ark. The fire fried several of the blobs, and just pushed the one that was just a blob back. Lily then stood infront of Ark. Lily: I made it extremely clear that I was looking for ome users, and yet you snuck in, pretending like you were an iron ome user?! What's wrong with you? Clara: ... I don't understand how Lily tried to turn that around |

| umm.... I can't get on here much, since I'm grounded off the computer at home, and school really keeps me busy. Sorry guys, but I think I'll have to leave, because I can't get on enough to warrant staying in this story, i think it pulls you guys around too much. |
