Tell me if any of these is false.

Your ExGFX File is EXACTLY (Includes Capitalization) 'ExGFXA1.bin'

Your ExGFX Files is in the directory 'ExGraphics'

The 'ExGraphics' Directory is in the same directory as the ROM

You followed the directions exactly.

If you did all that than I can't help you.

Check in an hex editor if the .bin file has 1000 bytes (in hex). If your ExGFX files doesnīt have that size, itīs that the reason why you canīt apply to your hack. A faster answer: copy a GFXxx.bin in your Graphics folder, paste it on your ExGraphics folder, change itīs name to ExGFX80.bin, change the graphics in your favourite tile editor, and insert the ExGFX with Lunar Magic.

I like the it, but the sky itīs too bright and the mountain itīs very darker.

Yes. Make the mountain lighter and the sky darker.

EDIT: I have just made a tutorial on inserting Background ExGFX if anyone needs it.

Here it is.
