For those of you who might dimly remember, http://datacrystal.org is still around, and this month is our Super Mario Month; we're encouraging the dissemination of all Super Mario information. If you've got hacking info about any of the games in the Mario series, we'd love to see it on our wiki!

Sounds interesting. Although I don't see why you would want to make specific months for every game. Keep in mind though, there are better compliations of information out there, so you'll have to promote this site a little more if you want it to become big.

And because I have very little knowledge of hacking, I decided to contribute by fixing Sukasa's entry - I changed an "it's" to an "its".

I may suck at hacking, but I am at least half-decent at grammar nazi-ing.

The reason is to promote certain areas where we know we're lacking in information. Since the Super Mario series is one of the most popular, and yet we're deficient in it, we thought we'd make that the first thing. Last month was stub expansion month for example. As for becoming big, that isn't our goal, merely to become a useful resource. Plus, there's a fine line between promotion and spam...

Duuuude.... That messed me up when I was making a HUGE edit! Besides, the way I learned grammar, "it's" is correct for possesives.

"it's" is incorrect because "it" is a pronoun, its possesive form is "its". "It's" is "It is".
