Can you change the pallete of a GFX? I can't do hex by the way.

GFX file don't contain the pallete, edit the pallete in LM pallete editor

I think what he meant was changing the palette a tile users in the Map16 editor. And that's a yes.

Just be aware that when you change a pallete, it affects everything that uses that pallete.
