| I do not mean your personal profile for the forum, I mean your status as a person in society. I am refering to education and occupational work along with relationship status.
What kind of courses do you focus on and what kind of school do you go to? What are your career goals? My focus is business administration and videogame design and development. My current courses mainly include business and entrepreneurship, communications technology, and computer related studies. I privately study aspects of the game industry while I try to apply my knowledge to various projects. I am currently enrolled in Grade 12 at an advanced high school in Canada, and I will be starting a community college program next year for Business Administration. I quit my job as a service clerk at a grocery store and I'm currently looking for another one. On the side, I am starting to become a piano tutor. I will be teaching an apprentice the basics of piano playing soon, so that will help me while being jobless. In a year I will be moving with my girlfriend to our hometown and we'll be getting married in less than 3 years. We both want to open our own business there, and the college program will help us. I'm into videogame design, so my business might have to do with that. |

| Currently working on an online gaming community with Hypergannon. Our purpose for this is top secret. I'm currently a sophomore in college. I want to study business in order to invest my earnings properly and dual-major in Art and Webdesign.
My previous jobs: -AEMRS-DMF (Database management facility) -Aho-Yama (Sushi Bar) Current: -Jumpstart Ticket Hander/Backstage Staff -Hot Topic Clerk This year, I plan to revive my studio computers and do some heavy game-creation and webdesign. |

I'm studying err, business education? I don't really know how you'd say handel in English. Anyway, I'm in my fifth year (again) and we have six years in total. I don't really hang a lot on the internet, only to browse this forum, read penny-arcade, download expensive things and so on. Oh, and I also have a weekend job, it's in a big bakery in Aachen (Germany). But I don't bake things... I am part of the cleaning crew. (And 80% of the crew is family of me.  ) |

| I study Electrical Engineering at ND and that keeps me pretty occupied (15 hours of classes and 8 hours of lab a week, plus potentially research). I want to get into the automotive industry and hopefuly work on car audio. I love messing with speakers and music and stuff like that.
Currently unemployed but I worked 9+ a day at a hardware store. |

| I'm currently enrolled in Saint Michael's College University, which is federated with University of Toronto studying Mediaeval History. Although I do enjoy studying the Mediaeval period it has proven to be less than satisfactory when I see my job prospects. Professor, high-school teacher, researcher. I'd love to do any of them, but I'd rather do something productive. I've decided to switch my major to Urban Planning, and East Asian Studies or Aboriginal Studies and taking Mediaeval History as a minor.
My past jobs include: Dish pig Steel Grinder Slaughterhouse employee (I killed a cow) Various odd jobs I'm currently looking for employment through the university. My goal one day is to be involved with municipal politics. |

Err... well I'm 16, and still in high school.  I have a job at Pavilions, the local supermarket where I live.
I plan on going to college and becoming a teacher of some sort... I haven't decided much beyond that. I love kids. |

I'd love to be ale to write for videogames and the such, as being in the spotlight isn't a huge concern so to speak..needless to say that dosn't mean I'd turn down an opportunity to play in any sort of professional group or such I just love music. Regardless of what I end up doing, it'll have something to do with that. |

I'm 18 years old, Freshman in college and I want to go to a big university to get a BA in Graphic Design  . I've been a babysitter and now training for sales conultant for..Matresses and Home decor. | Umm... I'm 19 and I'm in my last year of Computer Science at Vanier College. After I finish this programme I'll be going into Film Production or Film Studies at Concordia. I'm currently working on a portfolio so that I can atleast try to apply for Film Production.
It should take another four or five years before I finish University; unless I go for a Masters Degree which would add another two years to that number. I'm thinking about going for a Masters Degree so that I can become a teacher. Teachers get a summer vacation which is really nice. (edited by Jack-Al on 11-22-05 07:58 PM) |

I have no ideas whatsoever what I want to do with my life or study later (hence the current situation studying a social scienc, none of us know what we want to do). | I'm trapped at the University of Rhode Island as a first-semester freshman. I'm getting a double B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics, and I intend on getting my Master's degree in Compsci. I'm hoping to spend my final year in Japan, and maybe get into technological development there. I can't wait.
Currently, I'm employed at Toys 'R' Us as a sales associate (read: Grunt worker). The magic does NOT begin there, people. |

History - University of Oslo, 2. History - University of Bergen, 3. Social Anthropology - University of Oslo, 4. History - University of Tromsø). The state then sends his High School graduation results (and any other information that may give him a bonus when applying, such as him having spent one year in the army) to the schools he has applied to, and then the highest preferred programme that accepted him will be where he studies. However, I have no idea how it works for a foreigner. I'd guess you'd have to do it through the University of Toronto. |
