XK, in lololol your layout does a weird thing with the attachments box.
I think I've seen it with a couple other layouts too, but yours is the most prominent.

Ignoring DRM.....I meant actually making WMA files without DRM.
I have an MP3 to all converter. I've managed to compress a famous 1:14 song into 190KB and still have it in stereo.
Converting to OGG made my song the same size as the original MP3.

FLAC is the way to go, in my opinion, but I'm obsessed over quality rather than hard drive space. I have too much of it.

I found a much better MP3=>OGG converter. The resulting OGG is still a bit larger though.
OGG: 50KBPS 32KHz 444KB
WMA: 20KBPS 22KHz 190KB
Both are stereo. WMA is the only one small enogh to be uploaded.
I'm going to try and push the OGG conversion more.

ETA:
Is there a limit to how small OGG files can be?
OGG: 48KBPS 8KHz 428KB
This is the lowest the converter can go. Honestly, it sounds terrible. It sounds like the main singer is wearing braces or retainers while singing this.

8000Hz, 8000bps is the minimum accepted for both OGG and MP3.

Using Goldwave, you can drop it lower...though at a low enough bitrate, the actual PITCH starts to deteriorate. I dunno, but I think Goldwave goes no lower than 1000bps (1kbps).

I have encoded Hell march by Frank Klepacki somewhere in the lowest quality that the Winamp plugin allowed. (You know, that awesome song from Red alert)

So yeah, the music did sound like a NES farting through it's PCM channel...

If I recall, the MP3 was around 450KB... which is not much considering that the song is sex minutes long.

I've finally managed to make a small enough OGG. The lead singer sounds like he's using one of those announcer speakerphones.
1:14, 8KBPS, 8KHz, Mono all in 75KB and it sounds like shit. I think you'll recognise the song.
