Don't forget that the Credits text can be easily edited through a Hex Editor.

Even better! You don't need a table file! It's fully uncompressed
It's located somewhere around 0x431824

I could make a version with repoiting maps and editing enemies, if i found time.

I would like to see more Mario Land 2 hacks. I think you should continue work on the editor. Maybe you could do something to colorize the game. Like make it compatible with that gameboy colorizer tool. All them tiles are not lined up with eachother so it's not possible to color all the tiles right now.

That's a data, not ASM, hack.

At least it's nice to see hacks of games that aren't SMW or some other over-hacked game.

Well, there goes my chance at being the first SML2 hacker.

I can't get the program to run, btw. I'm getting "Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: A file is missing or invalid"

... God damnit... I was really hoping to be able to hack this game for once.

There are 2 files in the archive. You have to extract both in one directory. If you did so, it should work.

But be aware, it's just a early beta.
