I downloaded some Map16Page, palette, and ExGFX files from a site. How would I import them to my current project?

Put the Map16Page files in the same directory as your hack, open the 16x16 editor, go to a blank page (preferably page 3 or above), press F3, click OK, press F9, click OK.
Then go to Level -> Super GFX Bypass, click on the check box, and change FG3 to the correct ExGFX file (something above 80) in the level you wish to use ExGFX in, then click OK. Clear out the objects in your level and begin making yor level! =]
